All hardwood flooring is machined and can be supplied pre-finished, which means that it's already sanded and sealed. As soon as the floor has been laid, you can walk on it. By contrast, you have the option of an unfinished hardwood floor such as our unique English Oak floor which rquires filling, sanding and sealing.
